After watching that again, I noticed that the video was directed by Vanessa Warwick. I wonder if it's the same blue-haired Vanessa Warwick who used to present MTV's Headbangers Ball and was married to the lead singer with Scottish punk-metallers The Almighty's Ricky Warwick?

And I've just watched that interview, three things: 1 - It was at the Dutch Paradise Festival, not Reading. 2 - she asks crap questions. Mind you, he doesn't help by answering the first question with the answer 'crap sticks covered in dictators'. 3 - She has a horridly disinterested voice. I'm not surprised he looks fed-up.
The thing is, you actually come away with even more respect for Kate Bush. I'm sure this lass is a perfectly decent singer but she's labouring here: she struggles to hit the high notes and the breathing's all wrong.
Besides, the pointless cover versions fade away after time: who remembers Candy Flip and the Far Corporation these days?
